MAPA is the Management and Professional Employees Association.

MAPA's purpose is the representation of Management Unit (Bargaining Unit 04) employees in their relations with Metropolitan, as guaranteed in the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. This includes, but is not limited to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
